22771BR Requisition Number: 22771BR Description: Stantec sta assumendo un tecnico da inserire nell’organico del Settore Environmental con compiti di progettazione e consulenza nell’ambito di procedimenti di bonifica ambientale. Le competenze richieste riguardano I seguenti ambiti. Progettazione ambientale Elaborazione di progetti di bonifica ambientale nell’ambito del D.Lgs. 152/2006 e s.m.i. nei diversi gradi di progettazione: Piano di Caratterizzazione, Studio di fattibilità tecnico-economica, Progetto Operativo di Bonifica (POB), Progetto esecutivo. Elaborazione di report di qualsiasi natura riguardanti tematiche ambientali (report di consulenza, report riguardanti I risultati di attività di campo, report di indagini di caratterizzazione, etc.). Esecuzione di Due Diligence ambientali Esecuzione di due diligence ambientali mediante: analisi di documentazione resa disponibile in data room; esecuzione di sopralluoghi sull’area oggetto di DD; individuazione delle criticità e delle passività ambientali associate al sito in indagine; esecuzione di stime economiche relative alle criticità individuate; predisposizione di report dei risultati delle analisi e verifiche eseguite; support al cliente in fase di trattativa con la controparte. Coordinamento di attività di campo Coordinamento ed esecuzione di attività di campo per indagine ambientale (sondaggi, rilievi, campionamenti, analisi, etc.) ed interpretazione critica dei dati derivanti dal campo. Costituirebbero vantaggi le seguenti capacità: Esperienza in procedimenti ambientali nell’ambito Real Estate. Esperienza nell’elaborazione di Analisi di Rischio sanitaria-ambientale ai sensi del D.Lgs. 152/2006 e s.m.i. Conoscenza della tematica e della gestione di materiali contenenti amianto (MCA) e fibre artificiali vetrose (FAV). Conoscenza delle modalità esecutive di attività di campo (indagini, campionamenti acque, terreni, gas, etc.) derivanti dall’aver eseguito le stesse. Conoscenza della preparazione di documentazione tecnica per la partecipazione a gare d’appalto. Collaborazione e lavoro di squadra. È richiesta la collaborazione con altri ingegneri e specialisti di discipline per l'esecuzione del progetto, compresa la strategia e l'approccio, i calcoli, ecc. È richiesta la collaborazione con i Project Manager per l'amministrazione dei contratti. È richiesta la collaborazione con il personale di campo per co-condurre indagini tecniche e in loco. È richiesta la capacità di mantenere i contatti con il personale in ufficio e lavorare da remoto, comprese le sedi internazionali. È richiesta la capacità di mantenere i contatti e gestire I rapport con gli Enti di controllo, ove necessario. È richiesta la capacità di essere il collegamento interno ed esterno con il cliente. È richiesta la capacità di costruire e mantenere relazioni durature e positive. Aspetti di Sicurezza Il candidato deve seguire le pratiche di sicurezza sanitaria e aderire alle linee guida e alle politiche aziendali per la pianificazione e l'esecuzione del lavoro in modo sicuro. Il candidato deve completare tutto il lavoro in linea con i valori fondamentali di Stantec e in conformità con i sistemi di qualità Stantec e le procedure di qualità del progetto. Title: Environmental consultant Qualifications: Qualifica: Laurea triennale/magistrale in Ingegneria Ambientale/Geologia/scienze ambientali/altra disciplina scientifica afferente all’ambito ambientale. Una certificazione professionale riconosciuta sarebbe un netto vantaggio Esperienza: minimo sette (7) anni di esperienza dimostrabile. Almeno cinque (5) anni di esperienza nell'ingegneria ambientale (progettazione). L'esperienza nella gestione di cantieri di interventi di bonifica costituirebbe un netto vantaggio. Generale: Deve essere fluente in italiano e inglese sia scritto che parlato. Buona capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta. Sono obbligatorie le competenze informatiche e la capacità di utilizzare software di progettazione. Disponibilità a trasferte sia in Italia che all’estero.
