IL RUOLO Entrerai in un ambiente dinamico e strutturato, diventando punto di riferimento operativo e commerciale per clienti italiani e internazionali. COSA FARAI Area Recruiting: ✓ Raccolta e analisi delle vacancy dei clienti (PMI e grandi aziende)✓ Stesura e pubblicazione annunci sui principali canali di recruiting ✓ Screening CV e gestione colloqui di selezione ✓ Presentazione profili a clienti attivi e prospect ✓ Sviluppo business Area HR Administration: ✓ Attivazione contratti di somministrazione ✓ Gestione operativa dei lavoratori e monitoraggio scadenze ✓ Gestione proroghe, rilevazione presenze e reportistica ✓ Amministrazione eventi del rapporto di lavoro (assunzioni, cessazioni, malattie, infortuni, ferie, procedimenti disciplinari) REQUISITI RICHIESTI Must Have: Laurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o giuridiche Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in Agenzie per il Lavoro o società HR Competenze solide in recruiting e amministrazione del personale Familiarità con strumenti di social recruiting e ATS Buona conoscenza dell'inglese Nice to Have: Conoscenza gestionali Intiway o In Recruiting SOFT SKILLS Forte orientamento al cliente e al risultato Spirito collaborativo e ottime capacità relazionali Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici Precisione e problem solving Approccio consulenziale ed empatia Gestione delle priorità COSA OFFRIAMO Package retributivo commisurato all'esperienza CCNL Commercio – 14 mensilità ️ Ticket restaurant Full time 40h (lunedì-venerdì) Crescita in contesto internazionale Smart working flessibile e orientato agli obiettivi PERCHÉ SAFEGUARD GLOBAL?
