Niche Field Trainer

Niche Field Trainer Location: Milano – National Coverage (Italy) Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Niche Field Trainer to join our Retail division. In this itinerant role, you will cover the entire Italian territory, combining training and sell-out support to ensure retail excellence and strong brand advocacy. Reporting to the Sell Out Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, coaching Beauty Advisors in-store, and directly engaging with clients to drive sales. Experience in the fragrance world – ideally niche or luxury – will be a strong asset. Key Responsibilities: The Niche Field Trainer will support the Team within the following activities: Deliver and coordinate training programs for Niche brands; Coach Beauty Consultants and Beauty Advisors directly in-store, ensuring brand consistency and retail excellence; Supporting in-store events and sales activities, building a strong partnership with customers. Competences: Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess: 2–3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in Beauty/Luxury; fragrance background (niche preferred) is a plus; Trainer with a strong sales mindset; Fluency in English - Spanish is a plus; Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; Flexibility, proactivity, and willingness to travel extensively across Italy; Proficiency in MS Office and interest in learning trends.
