STIGA is a leading European manufacturer and distributor of lawnmowers and power garden equipment, with over 90 years of experience in the market.We are looking for a Quality Process Engineer to join our Local Quality Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco VenetoPerform Quality Internal Audit; Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015; Plan and support the execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions; Ensure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranet; Monitor changesin ISO standards and customer-specific requirements; Draft, revise, and verify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process owners; Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and met; Support the Quality Team in enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency; Collaborate with the Quality Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiatives.Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering); A Master and/orany other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.G.: qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt...); University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciated; A previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciated.KNOWLEDGE:A good knowledge of Quality Management is needed; A good knowledge of Quality Systems is required (ISO 9001); Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan); Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is needed.LANGUAGES:Fluency in ItalianA good knowledge of English is highly recommendedMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Comfortable working in a complex, multinational environment;
