L'azienda opera su vasta scala nel settore delle costruzioni e sta investendo nella crescita del proprio team italiano.Cerchiamo un professionista con una mentalità imprenditoriale, appassionato del settore alberghiero e con una comprovata capacità di portare a termine i progetti.Responsabilità Principali: Gestire i servizi di Project Management durante l'intero ciclo di vita del progetto, supervisionando le fasi pre e post contrattuali.Garantire il rispetto degli obiettivi aziendali, assicurando il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo ("value for money") in ogni circostanza. Redigere e supervisionare la documentazione di gara, le valutazioni delle offerte e la contrattualistica, inclusa la reportistica tecnica. Assicurare la conformità con gli standard di Sicurezza, Salute, Ambiente e Qualità (QHSE). Supportare la gestione operativa quotidiana, inclusa la redazione di verbali, la gestione dei rischi (risk management) e l'aggiornamento delle dashboard di progetto.Laurea in Project Management o discipline tecniche affini (Ingegneria/Architettura). Ottime doti relazionali: cerchiamo una persona flessibile, entusiasta e ambiziosa, capace di integrarsi in un team dinamico.
