Job purpose: Data Reporting Analyst is to oversee and manage the processes and systems related to collecting, storing, organizing, and disseminating data for reporting and analytical purposes within an organization. This role has to ensure that accurate and timely information is available to support decision-making and meet business reporting requirements. Key responsibilities: Data Requirements: Collect business information to transform desiderata in a valuable and actionable way by reports; Data Collection: Oversee the collection of data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data completeness and accuracy; Data Integration: Manage the integration of data from multiple sources to create a unified dataset for reporting and analysis; Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability; Data Security: Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations; Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets related to data reporting and analytics, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation. Top Technical Requirements for this role: 5-10 years of previous experience as data warehouse expert; Strong knowledge of data architecture, data warehouse, SAP ECC, BW4, S4; Knowledge of Datasphere, AWS; Experience in designing and implementing ETL solutions; Familiarity with data analysis tools and data visualization technologies (QlikSense, PowerBi, Grafana) or similar; Knowledge of data management best practices and security standards. Top Soft Skills for this role: Analytical thinking, with a strong attitude for the subject matter – data and analysis; Problem-solving mindset; You know how to work towards goals and get involved with passion and without limits; You are a team worker and have good interpersonal and communication skills. Base Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM field. Good knowledge of English language.
