In questo contesto stimolante, stiamo cercando un brillante professionista della Sustainable Finance per far parte del nostro team dinamico e motivato.

Il Senior Manager in Deloitte ricopre un ruolo strategico : oltre a guidare un team , condividendo il suo know-how e approccio, sarà responsabile della gestione delle relazioni con il cliente e potrà mettere in campo le sue competenze per favorire lo sviluppo del business e mettere in luce le sue qualità imprenditoriali . In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • Supportare il team Sustainable Finance nell'analisi e nell'implementazione delle strategie di sostenibilità nell’ambito del settore assicurativo
  • Supportare i clienti nell’ implementazione dei requsiti normativi europei e in particolare:

o Rischi ESG e analisi di materialità : Gestione dei rischi di sostenibilità e integrazione nel framework dei rischi tradizionali, anche attraverso analisi di materialità con particolare focus sull’esposizione di portafoglio ai rischi climatici

o Sviluppo di Modelli quantitativi relativi al rischio climatico ed alla gestione dei rischi catastrofali integrazione nel framework di valutazione ORSA

o Tassonomia UE – Sviluppo prodotti danni/vita e Reporting KPI

o POG: Integrazione del framework POG ai sensi dei criteri ESG

o ESG & Funzione Attuariale : Supporto alla Funzione attuariale in ambito di opinion sulla politica di sottoscrizione e implicazioni su riserve tecniche e riassicurazione

o Reporting e IFRS S1 & S2 : Sviluppo di un Piano di Adeguamento per rispondere ai requisiti IFRS e supporto nella redazione del relativo reporting di sostenibilità in linea con gli standard S1 & S2

o Supporto nelle attività di implementazione previste nell’ambito delle adesioni alle seguenti iniziative Internazionali : NZAOA, NZA, PSI

o Sviluppo di Modelli Parametrici a supporto della sottoscrizione di garanzie catastrofali

o Sviluppo di Modelli evolutiper la gestione della mitigazione del rischio NAT CAT

o Supportare il team nello sviluppo commerciale, anticipando le normative e i trend di mercato, attraverso la formulazione di offering dedicate

o Collaborare con i diversi network di Deloitte per sviluppare modelli innovativi

Ilcandidato che stiamo cercando soddisferà i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Economia-Ingegneria- Finanza
  • Almeno 6-8 anni di esperienza nell’industry FSI Insurance e almeno 2 anno su tematiche ESG
  • Conoscenza della normativa ESG del settore insurance
  • Capacità di risolvere i problemi, un approccio collaborativo e capacità di multitasking
  • Capacità di gestire team con differenti background
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
  • Propensione a lavorare in un ambiente dinamico ed in crescita
  • Competenza tecnica nell'analisi dei dati e nell'utilizzo del software di mercato (R/Phyton, SAS, Qlik).
  • Comprende e analizza i dati a disposizione e risolvendo in modo proattivo problematiche di business complesse
  • Gestisce conversazioni con team e clienti mettendo in pratica la sua capacità di comunicazione con messaggi ben articolati, generando un impatto positivo sugli interlocutori e sviluppando relazioni e network
  • Vuole contribuire alle opportunità di crescita delle proprie risorse valorizzando i loro punti di forza per costruire dei team altamente performanti, creando un buon equilibrio tra gestione delle risorse e l’aspetto finanziario dell'organizzazione
  • Vuole essere responsabile nel coordinamento e gestione di diverse progettualità, tramite una pianificazione lineare, una forte governance, metriche economiche positive e un rispettando le aspettative degli interlocutori, ponendo l’attenzione a temi etici, alla sicurezza dei dati, all’independence, alla quality e alla gestione del rischio e compliance
  • Vuole essere promotore e guida al cambiamento indicando la direzione nei momenti di incertezza, mitigando il rischio nel raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati e impiegando strumenti e processi tecnologici
  • Vuole essere coinvolto nelle operazioni di selling e contribuendo in modo efficace allo sviluppo dell'eminence e delle proposte commerciali
  • Vuole costruire forti relazioni professionali all'interno del suo network motivando le persone, promuovendo una cultura fondata sull’ integrità e la diversità e contribuendo a promuovere la fiducia in sé stessi
