Per azienda appartenente al gruppo, LA.CHI. Lavorazioni Chimiche Srl con stabilimento produttivo a San Donato Milanese, ricerchiamo un responsabile tecnico e di manutenzione dello stabilimento.Si interfaccia con fornitori, consulenti e imprese esterne per lavori e servizi tecnici.Gestisce e coordina i fornitori esterni specializzati in manutenzione, progettazione, ingegneria di processo.Supervisiona gli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e predittiva sugli impianti effettuati dai fornitori esterni e ne registra gli esiti sull'apposita documentazione.Redige capitolati tecnici e gestisce le fasi di approvvigionamento di beni (ricambistica) e servizi legati alla funzione.E' responsabile di tutti gli aspetti di sicurezza collegati all'ufficio tecnico e all'attività manutentiva quali ad esempio redazione permessi di lavoro, DUVRI, gestione appalto, Piano Operativo di Sicurezza (POS).Gestisce le modifiche impiantistiche nel rispetto del sistema di gestione integrato Qualità, Ambiente e Sicurezza.Pianifica e segue eventuali progetti di miglioramento tecnologico, automazione e revamping.Contribuisce ad ottimizzare e migliorare l'efficienza degli impianti di distillazione.Gestisce la certificazione e le pratiche di verifica sul portale INAIL delle apparecchiature a pressione secondo la Direttiva PED e il Regolamento Macchine.HSE Specialist (plus):Coordina tutte le attività relative alla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro secondo il D.Collabora nella redazione, aggiornamento e monitoraggio di DVR, Piani di Emergenza, Piani di Sicurezza e documentazione correlata in collaborazione al consulente esterno.Lgs. 105/2015 (aggiornamento del Rapporto di Sicurezza, simulazioni/emergenze, formazione) in collaborazione al consulente esterno.Collabora con la direzione aziendale per valutazioni ambientali e gestione dei rifiuti.Collabora nell'organizzazione della formazione interna in materia di sicurezza e ambientale.Partecipa agli audit e ispezioni da parte di enti esterni (ASL, ARPA, VV.Competenze Tecniche/Normative richieste: Conoscenza della Direttiva 2014/68/UE (Direttiva PED) e del Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230 (nuovo Regolamento Macchine).Esperienza nella gestione di impianti a rischio di incidente rilevante (preferibile).Buona conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Competenze Informatiche richieste:Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, ecc.).Buona conoscenza di strumenti CAD (preferibile).Italiano madrelingua o professionale scritto e parlato (C1)Inglese: Laurea in ingegneria chimica o equivalenti.5 anni) in ambito tecnico e/o manutentivo in aziende chimiche/alimentari o impianti industriali complessi.
