Per azienda di medie dimensioni con più di 50 anni di attività sul territorio selezioniamo un TECHNICAL BUYER. Il nostro cliente è una media impresa del settore metalmeccanico che progetta e realizza impianti industriali per la lavorazione della lamiera. Obiettivo del Ruolo La figura ricercata sarà responsabile della gestione completa del processo di acquisto, dalla selezione dei fornitori alla negoziazione, fino alla pianificazione degli ordini in funzione della produzione. È richiesta una forte capacità organizzativa, conoscenza dei materiali industriali e delle dinamiche di un'officina meccanica. Requisiti Professionali Esperienza nel ruolo: 10–20 anni di esperienza complessivi, di cui almeno 5–7 come addetto esperto in ufficio acquisti. Diploma tecnico. Competenze Tecniche e Conoscenze Richieste Gestione fornitori: ricerca, selezione, negoziazione, trattative. Pianificazione acquisti: analisi fabbisogni industriali, distinte base, programmazione produttiva. Programmazione ordini in base ai tempi di produzione. Conoscenza materiali industriali e mercati (anche trasporti pesanti). Supervisione magazzino. Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta). Organizzazione e controllo dei flussi di lavoro. Puntualità, orientamento agli obiettivi, negoziazione, analisi, problem solving. Inserimento previsto Novembre – Dicembre 2025. Contratto Tempo indeterminato (CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica).
