The role provides essential administrative and operational support across purchasing, inventory management, and finance, contributing to cost control, operational efficiency, and reliable financial reporting. The Junior Finance Administration Assistant works closely with the Finance Office and Warehouse team, supporting day‐to‐day administrative, purchasing, and financial control activities. Purchasing & Inventory Management
Support purchasing activities and warehouse operations
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
Verify incoming goods and ensure correct registration in inventory and management systems
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
Finance & Administration Support
Post and register purchase invoices in the accounting system
Support administrative reporting and documentation
Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure process alignment and data accuracy
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, financial records, and inventory tracking
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Commercial Awareness: Understanding of cost control and operational efficiency principles
Professional development within a structured Finance & Administration environment
Hands‐on exposure to purchasing, inventory, and financial operations
