Food Preparation: Are you eager to learn the basics of culinary preparation? Assisting in Cooking: Ready to work alongside experienced chefs? You’ll assist in cooking and plating dishes, following the instructions of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, and ensuring each dish meets our quality standards.
Kitchen Maintenance: Do you take pride in a clean and organized workspace? You’ll help keep the kitchen tidy, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly, and that your workstation is always ready for the next task.
You’ll help with checking and storing deliveries, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, labeled, and stored according to safety standards.
Learning and Development: Are you passionate about cooking? You’ll have the opportunity to learn from our talented kitchen team, honing your skills and expanding your culinary knowledge every day.
Adhering to Health and Safety Standards: Are you committed to safe cooking practices? You’ll follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and your colleagues.
You’ll work closely with other members of the kitchen team, communicating clearly and assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth and efficient service.
You’ll actively seek out opportunities to learn new techniques, take on new tasks, and grow in your role, contributing to the success of the kitchen.
Fluent in English & Italian is a must
~1+ years of hospitality experience is a plus
~ A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
~ Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in food preparation and presentation.
~ Good organizational skills, with the ability to keep your workspace clean and orderly.
~ A commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
~ And a willingness to embrace every learning opportunity, because in our kitchen, growth is a key ingredient.
