Senior Lab Validation Engineer — RF/Optical ICs

ams OSRAM in Emilia-Romagna seeks an experienced validation engineer to lead RF/HF/analog/mixed-signal IC validation from bring-up through production. You will develop plans, characterize performance across conditions, and drive root-cause analysis.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, and manufacturing, mentor junior engineers, and support customer evaluations with technical presentations.
