You will be responsible for : Conducting analysis sessions with clients to gather both functional and technical requirements related to business and HR processes, with a focus on the HCM domain; Proactively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions; Training users on the implemented solutions; Creating effective visual presentations to support communication and solution adoption; Acting as a mentor and Team Leader for junior consultants. Required Skills At least 4 years of experience in the HCM field, with a deep understanding of HR processes and proven experience using the Talentia management system. Proficiency in C# development and working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server). Experience integrating systems through REST APIs. Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results‐oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within virtual teams. Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with SuccessFactors, and Workday solutions is considered a plus.
