Supporting the overall media strategy for several INC clients
· Creating a focused, workable communications strategy including an overarching narrative/story, stakeholder analysis, while mapping opportunities in various channels and identifying tangible wins and testing messaging with target audiences
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant media.
· Building target media lists and pitching print, broadcast, on-line journalists
· Building compelling and newsworthy stories and producing content for media (press release, video, infographics, survey, Q&A, position statement, etc)
· Executing the media engagement strategy on behalf of clients, ensuring media coverage in line with clients' expectation.
· Liaising with account teams and directly with clients to provide project updates in a timely manner
· Media monitoring, analysis and evaluation
· Preparing PR and media relations proposals for current and potential clients.
· Participating in creative brainstorms
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
· Over 5 years of experience, with proven track record in PR and media relation management, with a focus on food & beverage, economics, lifestyle
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing quality work.
· Creative approach to pitch/story development.
· Excellent knowledge of social media
· Show a strong working knowledge of established and emerging web tools/platforms and how people use them.
· Read voraciously and share content.
· Being passionate about communication and active user on social media
· Fluent Italian and English.
The possibility of working in the Rome or Milan office in full flexibility : you can freely choose whether to work in presence, in smart working or even in a location far away from the workplace (for a fortnight a year) to restore your energy, open your mind and absorb new stimuli
