We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager who will provide advice on new and complex transfer pricing topics, ranging from business advice to audits, projects, documentation and APAs. Success in this role depends on strong transfer pricing technical skills and the ability to engage with key and senior stakeholders across the business, finance community and tax teams.
Oversight of EssilorLuxottica’s transfer pricing matters and partnership with multiple stakeholders to provide support on related issues
Handling transfer pricing analysis and reporting
Managing and preparing transfer pricing documentation and agreements to support intra‑group transactions in compliance with local regulations
Conducting regular internal reviews of transfer pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developments
Providing advice on transfer pricing implications of new business initiatives
Developing, executing and maintaining the company’s inter‑company transfer pricing policies
Supporting transfer pricing audits and APAs, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to transfer pricing
At least 5 years of experience in a multinational group and/or consulting firm (law firm, Big 4 or equivalent) with a focus on transfer pricing and Italian tax law
Solid experience with Office packages, particularly Excel
Fluency in English is a must
Other languages, French, are a plus
