· Travel to our European offices about once a month About Lexroom Lexroomis building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25 M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom We're backed by $73 M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome. Become Europe's most-used legal product. You'll partner a group of teams across Lexroom and report to our Head of People. Your managers will bring you their hardest people questions: how to grow their teams, keep their best people, handle difficult conversations, pay fairly, and organise their teams as they scale. People Operations takes care of contracts, payroll and admin. We're also running our core HR cycles for the first time, so you'll help design them as well as run them.

What you'll do
Own the people agenda for your client group Shape how your teams are organised as they grow: structures, roles, reporting lines, reorgs Coach managers on their teams and on difficult conversations Handle employee relations, from probation reviews to disciplinary matters Give Talent Acquisition and People Operations the business context they need to do their job well Turn what you see and hear into clear insights for the Head of People and leadership Things we really care about You understand the business before you advise on its people: what each team does and what makes someone great in their role You read people and situations well, and you think before you act on sensitive topics Shifting priorities and grey areas don't stress you out, and you keep your sense of humour What you bring 4+ years in HR, including at least 1 as an HR or People Business Partner with your own client group Hands-on employee relations experience and a working knowledge of Italian labour law Comfort using AI tools in your daily work Fluent Italian and English Nice to have A background in Talent Acquisition or People Operations before business partnering Experience partnering sales or commercial teams Org design or reorganisation experience Other European languages

What we offer

Salary:
