It's the chance to define a new category: The EcoSystem for Human Greatness Augmented with AI, combining behavioral science, technology, and AI. We're not looking for someone who only advises on what to test. Someone who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed. Conversion Architect – skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. Behavioral Strategist – fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate. Data‐driven Creator – fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests, but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value. This is a full‐time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required. You will transition Paradox from a founder‐led marketing approach to a brand‐led, repeatable, data‐driven engine. You lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and showing the team how it's done. Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing). Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself (headlines, pricing, offers...). Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time. Oversee Paid Social (Meta) and identify next winning acquisition channels to maximize profitability and volume (ROI/ROAS). Act as "Client" of the Content Factory – analyze ad performance, provide data‐backed briefs to the Content Strategist, and identify winning angles quickly. Growth Loops – design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content). Player‐Coach Leadership – manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by setting standards, providing strategy, copy angles, and technical execution. Build the team: source talent, manage, train, and, if necessary, let go. Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality – keep leads high‐intent, prioritize appointments held and deals closed, stop low‐value campaigns even if CPL is low. GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and whatever helps you see what others miss. Funnel conversion rates by stage Ideally a minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e‐commerce, or digital product environments. Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion. Curiosity – relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until you uncover the insight behind the data. Precision – care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results. Agility – move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks. Language French: Native / Bilingual English: Fluent; can hold a conversation on specific details with English‐speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English.
