At TÜV Rheinland, in the Industry Service & Cybersecurity business unit, we are looking for talents who are ready to help shape the future of the industry and accompany technological progress. Our focus is on digitalization and networking in the industry, as well as the further international expansion of our services in the field of renewable energy and support for major infrastructure projects.
This applies to the functional safety of industrial plants in an era of rapidly increasing interconnectivity of components and machines – the keyword being Operational Technology Security – as well as to energy generation, utilization, and distribution, infrastructure, and network expansion.
Our Core Areas
- Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
- Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
- Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Industrial Inspection & Material Testing: Comprehensive inspection and testing services for industrial facilities and their materials.
- Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
- Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
- Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.

Job Summary
Per lo sviluppo del nostro business legato alla certificazione e ispezione di prodotti e impianti destinati ad aree classificate a rischio di esplosione , siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/una:
EXPERT Ex
La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team dedicato alle attività in ambito Ex e contribuirà allo sviluppo dei servizi di certificazione e ispezione per il mercato nazionale ed europeo, con particolare focus su ATEX, IECEx, ECAS, CCC, INMETRO, CUTR e altri schemi applicabili.
Attività
La persona selezionata sarà coinvolta principalmente nelle seguenti attività:
- Eseguire audit, verifiche e ispezioni presso costruttori, clienti o impianti.
- Eseguire e/o supervisionare prove di laboratorio relative a prodotti destinati ad aree a rischio esplosione.
- Analizzare i risultati di prova e di verifica e predisporre la relativa documentazione finale, inclusi rapporti, certificati e attestati.
- Gestire progetti nell’ambito della certificazione e ispezione Ex, collaborando con altre sedi del Gruppo, colleghi e partner esterni.
- Supportare la gestione, il mantenimento e lo sviluppo degli schemi di certificazione e degli accreditamenti esistenti.
- Contribuire allo sviluppo e al consolidamento delle relazioni con collaboratori esterni e stakeholder tecnici.
- Fornire supporto alla preparazione e gestione di offerte commerciali.
- Interfacciarsi con laboratori accreditati per comprendere e coordinare le attività di prova.
Requisiti
- Laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente in ambito elettrico o elettronico.
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni in ruoli tecnici correlati ad attività di certificazione, ispezione, testing o conformity assessment in ambito Ex
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana. <
