About InPost InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 4500 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. We’re looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the norm Everything you are looking for and more 📦 We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives targeting our business clients in Italy. This position is key to accelerating InPost's growth in Italy both in the e-commerce environment (increasing our presence in checkouts through co-marketing with merchants) and in the expansion of our delivery point network, identifying and attracting new partners (stores, local businesses, etc.). This role will combine strategic vision, analytical capability, and results orientation, working closely with sales, expansion, product, BI, to maximize the commercial impact of actions on both fronts. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing who is eager to grow and make an impact within a dynamic and collaborative team. What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Collaborate to plan and execution the B2B marketing strategy for merchants and network expansion in Italy Assist developing co-marketing campaigns with sales to improve InPost's positioning in Italian checkouts Support the creation of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations and brochures Conduct market analysis and segmentation to personalize actions according to profile (merchants vs. network points) Measure and optimize KPIs of the investment made in B2B Coordinate with internal teams (sales, network, digital marketing) to ensure activities are aligned with business objectives Assist in organizing B2B events, webinars, and trade shows Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors when needed Essential Requirements 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing or a related field Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, technology, or sectors with a commercial and partnership focus. Experience working directly with sales teams Knowledge of the Italian market and sensitivity to adapt messages and actions locally. Experience assisting co-marketing and B2B acquisition campaigns. Analytical profile: ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in Italian and English Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Key Competencies Strategic mindset with execution capability.
