Operations & Commercial Support (Junior–Mid) – Sport Tech Startup 📍 Roma (preferibile) | Milano o Torino | Full-time Chi siamo Referi è una startup sport-tech che sviluppa un sistema di aggiornamento punteggio per padel, tennis e pickleball, integrato con una community digitale e meccaniche di gamification. Il prodotto è già sul mercato (v1.0) e stiamo lavorando al fine-tuning insieme a circoli sportivi ed ai giocatori per renderlo sempre più solido, utile e scalabile. Cerchiamo una persona che abbia voglia di stare sul campo, parlare con i clienti e aiutare il team a migliorare il prodotto ogni giorno. Il ruolo Entrerai come Operations & Commercial Support e sarai una figura chiave tra: circoli sportivi team di sviluppo CEO Un ruolo molto operativo, ideale per chi vuole crescere in una startup early-stage, con responsabilità reali e visibilità immediata sull’impatto del proprio lavoro. Cosa farai: Essere l’account di riferimento per i circoli che utilizzano la tecnologia Referi Gestire il rapporto quotidiano con i clienti (supporto, ascolto, follow-up) Raccogliere feedback strutturati da circoli e utenti Trasformare i feedback in input chiari per il team di sviluppo Supportare e assistere l’installazione dei nuovi impianti Affiancare onboarding e prime fasi di utilizzo del prodotto Collaborare con CEO e area commerciale su attività operative Contribuire al miglioramento continuo di prodotto e processi Hard skills: Base di project management (organizzazione, priorità, follow-up) Interesse e sensibilità per operations Comprensione di base delle dinamiche product (feedback → miglioramento) Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali Soft skills (fondamentali): Spirito di adattamento tipico delle startup Capacità di gestire carichi di lavoro non costanti Mentalità pratica e orientata alla soluzione Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali Voglia di imparare e mettersi in gioco La conoscenza o la pratica di tennis o padel saranno considerati un plus ma non sono indispensabili Chi cerchiamo: Profilo junior–mid Esperienza (anche breve) in ops, customer success, account o ruoli simili Interesse per sport, tecnologia e ambienti dinamici Disponibilità a muoversi sul territorio quando necessario Il contesto: Prodotto già disponibile (v1.0), in fase di ottimizzazione Team attuale: CEO CFO Head of Development + team di sviluppo esterno Agente di vendita Cosa offriamo: Full-time in una startup in crescita Ruolo concreto e centrale, con responsabilità reali Contatto diretto con founder e team tech Ambiente friendly, informale e propositivo Salary: da definire in base al profilo Equity: da discutere Perché Referi?
