Plant Controller – Role Overview The Plant Controller is a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for driving financial performance and maximizing plant profitability. This role provides critical financial insights, ensures accurate reporting, and supports operational decision‑making. Financial Analysis & Performance Management Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities Partner with plant management to drive productivity savings aligned with budget commitments Develop and maintain cost standards for all manufactured products Lead the preparation and coordination of departmental and plant-wide budgets and forecasts Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly close activities and reporting deadlinesMaintain accurate records of plant assets, liabilities, and financial transactions in compliance with corporate policies Support corporate reporting requirements in collaboration with leadership Inventory & Audit Oversight Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Collaborate cross‑functionally to support plant operations and financial decision‑making Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or plant controlling Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Experience with SAP Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CGMA Financial acumen and analytical thinking Ability to influence and partner with operations leadership We strongly believe that diversity brings significant value at all levels of the organization, increasing the possibility of capturing market opportunities and maximizing value for our customers and stakeholders.
