DIRETTORE TECNICO (M/F) Compiti principali (elenco non esaustivo):
Generale:
- Valutare e prevenire i rischi:
Avvisare la direzione di eventuali incidenti minori o maggiori e attuare le prime misure di messa in sicurezza del sito e/o delle strutture per evitare incidenti o danni.
- Essere responsabile del libretto di sicurezza - Gestire il sistema antincendio e rispettare le procedure di evacuazione.
- Fornire alla direzione un rapporto settimanale sulle attività (gestione dei guasti/allerta su malfunzionamenti/livelli di scorte, ecc.) - Rispettare le procedure di gestione dei flussi, dei materiali di consumo e dell'ambiente - Gestire i rapporti con i fornitori (aprire conti, negoziare preventivi, ecc.) - Effettuare la manutenzione generale dell'edificio (riscaldamento, idraulica, elettricità, verniciatura, colorazione, ceratura, ecc.) - Eseguire i lavori di ripristino delle strutture su base giornaliera.
- Partecipare alla manutenzione preventiva e predittiva degli impianti.
- Intervenire su tutti i tipi di materiali:
idraulici, legno, alluminio, ecc. e sulle attrezzature:
lampadine, guarnizioni dei rubinetti, maniglie rotte, porte che non si chiudono correttamente, ecc.
- Eseguire tutti i lavori di movimentazione necessari nello svolgimento delle proprie mansioni.
- Assistere negli interventi esterni.
- Assicurare la corretta manutenzione dei filtri della piscina ed effettuare analisi giornaliere dell'acqua. Alloggio del personale:
- Partecipare alla manutenzione degli alloggi del personale. Amministrazione:
- Gestire le risorse finanziarie assegnate, garantendo il rispetto dei costi dei materiali e dei vari rapporti necessari per raggiungere gli obiettivi di costo prefissati, e monitorarli:
- Gestire le problematiche secondo la normativa vigente;
- Fornire soluzioni alle Direzione secondo la normativa vigente;
- Gestione dei fornitori;
- Elaborare schede tecniche;
- Individuare le esigenze di approvvigionamento, controllare le merci ed effettuare gli inventari.
- Controllo del budget Gestione del team:
- Supervisionare il team tecnico e assicurare la trasmissione delle informazioni all'équipe - Assicurare l'integrazione e la formazione del personale;
Applicare gli standard di servizio e garantirne la corretta applicazione - Elaborare e ottimizzare i programmi di lavoro del team in linea con l'attività aziendale.

General:
- Assess and prevent risks:
Alert management of any minor or major incidents and implement initial measures to secure the site and/or facilities to avoid accidents or damage.
- Be responsible for the safety booklet - Manage the fire-fighting system and comply with evacuation procedures.
- Provide the management with a weekly report on activities (fault management/alerts on malfunctions/stock levels, etc.).
- Comply with flow, consumables and environmental management procedures - Managing relations with suppliers (opening accounts, negotiating quotations, etc.) - Carrying out general building maintenance (heating, plumbing, electricity, painting, waxing, etc.) - Carrying out repair work on the facilities daily.
- Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance of facilities.
- Work on all types of materials:
plumbing, wood, aluminium, etc. and equipment:
light bulbs, faucet seals, broken handles, doors that do not close properly, etc.
- Carry out all handling work necessary in the performance of one's duties.
- Assist in external interventions.
- Ensure the correct maintenance of the pool filters and carry out daily water analyses. Staff housing:
- Participate in the maintenance of staff accommodation. Administration:
- Manage the assigned financial resources, ensuring compliance with the cost of materials and various reports required to achieve the set cost targets, and monitor them;
- Manage issues according to current regulations;
- Provide solutions to management according to current regulations;
- Managing suppliers;
- Developing data sheets.
- Identifying procurement needs, controlling goods and carrying out inventories.
- Budget control Team management:
- Supervise the technical team and ensure the transmission of information to the team - Ensure the integration and training of staff;
Apply service standardsand ensure their correct application.
- Elaborate and optimise the team's work programmes in line with the company's business.
