Aira is seeking a Sales Method trainer to lead and develop training and development for internal and external workforce, ensuring Sales Experts achieve top results and deliver a WOW customer experience. The role is field-based with regular travel across Northern and Central Italy and reports to the Group Head of Aira Sales Model, a global function.
It combines classroom training in the office with extensive in-field coaching, shadowing, and trials of new ideas to continuously improve the Aira
