Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Milano, Italy.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the selling process of our Project Management & IT Governance offer.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the selling process of our Project Management & IT Governance offer
  • Selling our services effectively by demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings as well as industry trends
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and collaborating closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Pioneering new prospecting strategies to identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Driving business development initiatives including market analysis, strategy formulation, and implementation
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about competitive landscape and market trends in order to develop effective sales strategies
  • Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation

Ideal candidate

We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who want to push themselves beyond the limit, attracted by challenges, self-starters and highly ambitious:

  • Graduated with a master’s degree in Business or Engineering
  • Interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver
  • Structured and organized, but also with a “competitive and entrepreneurial” character
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian  and English
  • Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity

The compensation package includes a fixed and a variable portion, directly linked to your results and that rewards success in a very significant way.
