Business Developer – Biomethane & Biogas - Italy

Contract: Full-time | Senior-level

SYSADVANCE is a growing, agile, multinational company, deploying innovative solutions for the biomethane and biogas market. Market leaders, with a strong entrepreneurial culture, we support developers, operators and industrial clients in accelerating the energy transition across Europe and the Americas.

We are seeking an experienced  Business Developer with a strong background in the  biomethane and biogas market to drive growth across Italy. This role is pivotal in expanding our project portfolio, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening our market presence in Europe.

Develop and execute business development strategies for biomethane projects across the target regions
Identify, assess, and secure new commercial opportunities (greenfield and brownfield projects)
Build and manage relationships with end users, EPCs, developers, utilities, off-takers, regulators, investors and regulatory bodies
Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate the preparation of technical & commercial offers
Monitor regulatory frameworks, incentives, and market trends in each country
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in business development within the  biogas, biomethane or renewable gas markets
Proven track record of closing deals and developing projects in at least one of the target regions
Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong asset
