Plants are now live, capital is committed, and the focus has shifted to one thing that truly matters: making assets perform.As the operational portfolio expands, the business is building a dedicated commercial asset management function in Rome. You will be responsible for the financial health, contractual performance, and profitability of operational solar PV plants.You will work closely with internal finance, external operators, lenders, and advisors to ensure assets are performing in line with business plans and investment expectations.Key Responsibilities Owning the commercial performance of a portfolio of utility-scale solar PV assets Monitoring revenues, costs, and cash flow against budgets and financial models Managing contracts with O&M providers, off-takers, and other third parties Supporting financing, refinancing, and lender reporting processes Identifying underperformance and driving corrective commercial actions Preparing clear, decision-ready reporting for internal stakeholdersWhat they are looking for 3 to 5 years' experience insolar PV asset management , IPP, fund, or owner-operator environment Strong understanding of how solar assets generate revenue and return on investment Comfortable working with financial models, budgets, and performance reports Commercial mindset, detail-oriented, and accountable Italian and English working proficiencyWhat you get Exposure to a rapidly growing operational portfolio Genuine ownership and visibility within the business Clear progression as the platform scales Competitive base salary and a bonus that actually reflects performance
