We are currently seeking a Product Analyst Jr - Corporate & Support Functions , reporting directly to the Product Lead for Local Systems , to join our team based in Rome, Italy .

About the mission we offer you:

As Product Analyst Jr for Corporate & Support Functions, you will support the management, enhancement and day-to-day governance of digital solutions used across several business functions, including People & Culture, Finance, Real Estate Facilities, Sustainability and Engineering. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior product managers to ensure that digital products effectively support business needs and contribute to operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

Support the collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements.

Contribute to the evaluation and prioritization of enhancement requests and continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in workshops and interactions with business users to understand their challenges and opportunities.

Assist in maintaining product backlogs and supporting product roadmap activities.

Support solution delivery activities, including testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of business requirements.

Monitor application performance, user feedback and operational issues, contributing to effective problem resolution.

Maintain system documentation and support governance, compliance and audit-related activities.

Collaborate with internal teams including Data Management Services, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Global Development teams, as well as external vendors and implementation partners.

About you:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent field.

Previous internship or early-career experience in IT, Digital Products, Business Applications, Business Analysis, Project Coordination or related areas is considered a plus.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle concepts, Agile methodologies and IT service management principles.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Languages:

Italian: Fluent

English: Fluent

Spanish: considered a plus

Nice to have:

Exposure to Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, Power BI or similar enterprise solutions.

Compensation

The position is offered under an Apprenticeship Contract, in accordance with Italian employment regulations. (Contratto di apprendistato – CCNL Metalmeccanico)

Bonus: Eligibility for an annual performance bonus
