Missione del ruolo
Il/la candidato/a si inserirà all’interno dell’area Analisi Processi di GPA, una delle pelletterie della piattaforma industriale Gucci con sede a Reggello (FI), e si occuperà delle attività di miglioramento e mantenimento dei flussi di lavoro all’interno dell’Ufficio Analisi di Processi.

Job Description

Principali attività

  • Partecipazione alle attività di progettazione e revisione delle procedure di lavoro delle aree produttive assegnate
  • Rilevazioni cronometriche e valutazione dei metodi di lavoro
  • Analisi sui bilanciamenti dei carichi di lavoro dei reparti
  • Implementazione di progetti di miglioramento, attraverso l’applicazione dei principali metodi di Lean Production
  • Applicazione e monitoraggio delle 5S nei perimetri selezionati
  • Analisi monitoraggio giornaliero dei KPI di reparto

Requisiti richiesti

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche (es. Ingegneria, economia, statistica, matematica)
  • Esperienza minima di 5 anni in attività di ingegneria di processo
  • L’esperienza in realtà del settore sarà considerata un plus
  • Ottimo utilizzo di Office, in particolare Excel, Power Point ed Access
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie di Lean Production
  • Buone competenze organizzative e di pianificazione
  • Capacità di analisi e problem solving
  • Flessibilità, Teamwork e cooperazione
  • Gestione delle priorità
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
