Component Mechanic

Wheel and Brake Component Mechanic | Permanent | Italy An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen with our client in Italy. Details: Competitive salary Shift pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off, averaging over 50 hours per week Location: Italy Key Responsibilities: Disassemble, clean, blast, inspect/test, and assemble wheels, brakes, and substructure components. Rectify defects found during inspections within your scope of authorization. Certify work performed by others within your scope of authorization. Provide training to new staff and trainees as required. Distribute tasks to team members based on qualifications and workload. Issue Project Release to Service and EASA FORM1 for components within your scope. Qualifications & Skills: Experience within the last 12 months in practical maintenance or equivalent experience at an approved maintenance organization. Good working knowledge of English (spoken, reading, and writing). ERP systems knowledge (AMOS experience is an advantage). Ability to use maintenance data and sign-off job cards.
