Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships. Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experience At least 2 years' experience in premium or luxury fashion / retail. Experience working with KPIs , CRM , and client appointments. Fluent in English and Italian.
