The hotel’s proximity to St. As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking a  Night Auditor  to join our Front Office Team.

As Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations while maintaining the highest level of guest service and accuracy in financial reporting. You will oversee nightly front office activities, manage guest interactions, perform daily reconciliation of accounts, and serve as a key point of contact during nighttime hours.
Managing and supervising all overnight front office operations
• Providing courteous and efficient assistance to guests throughout the night
• Monitoring property systems, alarms, and emergency protocols
• Addressing guest feedback, special requests, and nighttime incidents
• Coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance for urgent nighttime needs
• Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel
Previous experience as Night Auditor, Night Receptionist, or Front Office role in luxury hospitality
• Strong understanding of front office operations and hotel accounting procedures
• Ability to work independently and remain calm during night emergencies or peak moments
• Proficiency with PMS and hotel management systems
• Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
• Flexible, guest-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service
Location: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)
• Full time
