We are on the lookout for a System Administrator to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Ispra in an on-site position.

For this position, you would be working with our client from the European institutions. Below are the details of your role and requirements.

Your role

  • Service and Project oriented: In addition to the tasks described for the profile in the Service Requirements document for the framework contract, the selected person will need to be able to support both daily operations for relevant services and contribute to the execution of new projects.
  • Main activities for the profile entail then both Service and Projects on all areas related to the required Knowledge and skills section below.

Who we think you are:

  • Expert level:
    • Firewalling Technologies (Particularly for Cisco, Fortinet, VMware NSX systems)
    • IPSec and SSL VPN standards and technologies
    • IDS/IPS Network intrusion detection technologies
    • Vulnerability detection and management solutions (Tenable)
    • Nessus, Tenable
    • Security Center and others
    • Incident response processes and techniques
  • Administrator/Operator level:
    • Security on Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Windows Server 20xx, Active Directory)
    • Web Application Firewalls (e.g., F5)
    • Security monitoring and attack detections (i.e., Tenable Identity Exposure, Splunk)
    • Operating and monitoring of infrastructure, systems, and server
    • Dual Factor authentication systems (token and radius servers)
    • TCP/IP networking and services (NTP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP...)
