The Opportunity: As a Beauty Advisor, particularly in the Forte Dei Marmi team, you will excel and find this position rewarding if you are ready to handle the following activities: Welcome customers, ensuring a unique and memorable shopping experience: making them feel pampered, listened to, and well-advised. Offer personalized consultations based on customer needs. Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily operations. Actively contribute to achieving the store's goals (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans set by your managers. Organize and manage stock and deliveries. Contribute to creating a strong team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and fostering a positive environment. Who We Are Looking For: Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments. Knowledge of key retail KPIs. Empathy, dynamism, and results-oriented mindset. Teamwork predisposition.
