Responsibilities include online / offline campaigns plan, delivery and result monitoring coordinating with sales teams. This role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring that the company's products are effectively marketed at the trade level to boost sell-through.Key responsibilities • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement trade marketing plans and promotional activities to meet business objectives. Sales support / Campaign Plan: Create and distribute sales materials, like promotional flyers, online visual, define ATL campaign including TV / RADIO / digital assets with retail partners. Partner collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to understand their needs and implement joint initiatives. Channel management: Ensure brand visibility and consistent implementation of promotional campaigns across all relevant trade channels. Data analysis: Analyze market data, sales reports, and competitor activity to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing product and communication teams to ensure alignment between consumer marketing and trade strategies.
