We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. We collaborate with teams to solve technical challenges and design future innovations. Talamona manufacturing plant is the center of excellence for high tech turbomachinery components, and takes advantage of top notch technology in the industry such as additive manufacturing, advanced coatings, precision machining, robotics and automation. Partner with the best Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Train and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies. Serve as the technical reference for the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring adherence to standards and supporting continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in English and Italian. Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
