Il nostro Cliente, importante multinazionale operante nel settore Fast Moving Consumer Goods, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/a: Scopo del ruolo: Riportando al Demand Planning Manager, è responsabile dell’emissione del Sales Forecast e mantiene contatti cross-funzionali con i team Sales/TMD e SP per raccogliere le curve di domanda, gli input del team Sales e assicurare il corretto coordinamento tra i reparti. Principali attività: Supporto al processo S&OP: Supporta il Demand Planning Manager nel ciclo S&OP (preparazione sales forecasts, analisi, report…) e presenta la proposta di “consensus” a tutti i key partners nell’ambito del processo mensile È responsabile della coerenza degli output con i KPI aziendali e verifica che i sales forecast, sia a livello mensile che annuo/quarter, siano in linea ai budget/LE finanziari Generazione Demand / Forecast: Definisce i Sales Forecast per referenza e per mese, a volume, per la Business Unit di competenza; analizza i dati tramite SO99+ applicando le corrette metodologie Sviluppa metodologie per la segmentazione degli SKUs e di modelli statistici per calcolare fattori casuali correlati all’andamento della domanda Monitora costantemente i trend di vendita e i driver della domanda, il phasing in/out per evitare gap sul prodotto finito, e controlla gli SLOBS per ottimizzarne la riduzione di quelli esistenti e la creazione di nuovi Monitoraggio Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitora mensilmente/settimanalmente gli ordini actual in modo da poter reagire immediatamente di fronte a una Domanda imprevista Analizza i KPI aziendali e gestisce il sistema di reporting a tutti i livelli dell’Organizzazione sintetizzando Bias, FA Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale o affini Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale maturati all’interno di aziende strutturante del settore Consumer Goods in ruoli analoghi Solide competenze di Demand Planning, Supply Chain, S&OP, … Ottime capacità relazionali Spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento del risultato Capacità di lavorare in team Sede di lavoro : Milano Livello di anzianità Livello di anzianità Esperienza minima Tipo di impiego Funzione lavorativa Settori Settori Fabbricazione di prodotti chimici e Fabbricazione di prodotti alimentari e bevande Le referenze raddoppiano le tue probabilità di ottenere un colloquio presso ProPosition Management Search Ricevi avvisi per le nuove offerte di lavoro per Pianificazione in Milano .
