Overview
As a Western and Central Europe Market Analyst VIE in Milan, you will support Nord Pool's expansion in the region and help grow existing market presence. You will work closely with the Market Manager and internal teams to analyze markets, manage data, and assist with events and external forums. You'll engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and trends, shaping competitive offerings for the region. This 12-month program emphasizes international mobility, development, and hands-on exposure to Europe's energy markets.

Responsabilità
- Support regional expansion and presence building in Western & Central Europe
- Assist Market Manager with business development and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct market, participants and other analyses for the team
- Perform back-office data management and related tasks
- Help organize events and participate in external forums and conferences
- Collaborate with Operations and Product Management to align needs and offerings
- Engage with customers and external stakeholders to understand demands and trends
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience or strong interest in energy or financial markets
- Degree in Business or Engineering
- Fluent in English; French or German appreciated
- Strong communication and relational skills; structured with attention to detail
- Independent and able to work in a cross-functional setting
