Siamo alla ricerca di un/a tirocinante per il nostro dipartimento Business Development.Il dipartimento Business Development sostiene e accompagna le aziende nei settori dell'innovazione e dell'internazionalizzazione.Per rafforzare il nostro team, cerchiamo un/a tirocinante pronto/a e motivato/a a lavorare su diversi progetti e a supportare la pianificazione e la realizzazione di eventi.Sei uno/una studente universitario o neolaureato, ambizioso, desideroso di imparare e vuoi acquisire una prima esperienza professionale? Allora abbiamo il tirocinio giusto per teLe tue mansioni sono Supporto agli eventi: assistenza nell'organizzazione, nella realizzazione e nella fatturazione degli eventi.Mantenimento e pulizia dei dati del CRM con l’obiettivo di stabilire relazioni forti e durature con i clienti sulla base dell’analisi dei dati Segmentazione della base clienti al fine di migliorare la comunicazione a target sempre più specifici Supporto nella fatturazione e nell'amministrazione di progetti UE Possiedi i seguenti requisitiCorso di laurea in corso o laurea conseguita massimo 12 mesi prima dell’inizio del tirocinioConoscenza molto buona della lingua tedesca e della lingua italianaCerchiamo una persona con le seguenti competenze Capacità di lavorare in gruppo e buone doti di comunicazione Buone capacità organizzative, analitiche e di problem solvingFlessibilità Buone conoscenze del pacchetto MS-OfficeLa conoscenza di Microsoft Dynamics CRM costituisce un vantaggioOffriamoUn ambiente di lavoro dinamico in un'azienda innovativaL'opportunità di acquisire una preziosa esperienza nei settori della gestione del CRM, dell'organizzazione di eventi e dell'amministrazione di progettiLa possibilità di apportare le proprie idee e di contribuire attivamente al successo dell'aziendaTipo di contratto: Tirocinio di orientamento e formazione oppure tirocinio curriculare (università)Durata del tirocinio: 6 mesiOrario di lavoro: tempo pieno (40 ore settimanali)Inizio lavoro: giugno 2024Benefit: Buoni pasto giornalieriSede di lavoro: BolzanoCome candidarsiNon è prevista una scadenza per la presentazione delle candidature.
