Automotive Validation & Laboratory Engineer

We are looking for anexperienced Electronic Validation Engineer to join our team.
The successfulcandidate will be responsible for validating electronic designs and componentsto ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Thisposition requires expertise in both analog and digital circuit design, with afocus on power electronics.

Responsibilities: 
- Develop test plans and procedures to ensure the validity of product designs
- Analyze test data to determine root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions
- Create detailed reports on test results, analysis, and recommendations
- Validate system performance against automotive customer requirements
- Troubleshoot complex electronic circuits for design defects
- Design, develop, modify, and debug software applications related to electronic validation projects
- Provide technical support for other departments as needed

Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic validation engineering
- Proven experience with analog/digital circuit design
- Strong knowledge of power electronics and system validation techniques
- Proficiency in software development languages (C++, LabView, etc.)

Work location: Cinisello Balsamo (MI), Italy.
