Tax Consultant - Financial Sector | Milano Tax Consultant - Financial Services | Milano Tax compliance; Your Future With Us - Cosa troverai in KPMG Tax Consultant - Financial Services | Milano In particular, by joining the Financial Tax Team at the Milan office, you will be involved in: Analyzing issues related to domestic direct taxation and providing ongoing advisory services to corporations operating in the banking, financial, and/or insurance sectors Drafting tax opinions on international tax matters (CFC rules, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding Tax, etc.) Analyzing the tax treatment of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.) Handling tax compliance activities You are either a certifiedChartered Accountant/Lawyer or intend to begin the professional training You have agood command of English, ideally supported by study and/or work experiences abroad You have a good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint An international mindset and innovative projects As a result of our commitment to fostering aninclusive workenvironment, our Network complies with the standards of the ISO 30415 requirements, on the Diversity and Inclusion Management System, and UNI PdR 125, relating to gender equality.
