With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever‐changing world.ResponsibilitiesEnsure availability and efficiency of plant facilities and machinery, planning and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans.Coordinate and supervise specialized maintenance personnel (mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, civil).Develop and manage maintenance schedules, spare part availability, and technical documentation.Execute root cause analysis, advanced troubleshooting, and corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.Lead new equipment installation, support startup, and manage process changes through controlled experimentation.QualificationsUniversity degree – Engineering (preferred).Six Sigma green or black belt (preferred) with high proficiency in MS Office and CAD.Minimum 3–5 years' experience as Maintenance Coordinator.Analytical problem solving, accountability, leadership, stress tolerance, and active interaction with cross‐functional teams.Local role, no smart working. #J-18808-Ljbffr
