Your Main Duties:
Overseeing the daily operations of our hotel’s lobby area
Ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests
Maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the lobby
Addressing guest inquiries and concerns
Providing response and service to guests staying at the hotel
Ensuring that all front-facing services meet the highest standards of hospitality
Your Profile:
Hospitality is in your veins
Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, resistant to stress
Flexibility in working early, late, and night shifts
Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian; other languages are a plus
Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term
