Stiamo aprendo il nostro terzo Social Hub in Italia e il secondo a Firenze, città nota per il suo maestoso patrimonio rinascimentale e per il suo sguardo verso il futuro. Situato in un quartiere vivace, circondato da bar, ristoranti e negozi locali, a pochi passi dal centro città, The Social Hub Belfiore ospiterà circa 549 camere, un boulevard con attività commerciali, una comunità coworking, ristoranti e un rooftop di 7.000 mq con piscina e aree verdi. Non siamo solo un hotel: sei pronto a reimmaginare l'ospitalità con noi e a far parte della comunità fiorentina? Conosciuti per essere i ribelli dell'ospitalità, TSH è un ambiente divertente, creativo e stimolante, dove tutti possono lavorare, soggiornare, imparare e divertirsi – ma soprattutto essere se stessi. Come datore di lavoro, ci comportiamo e pensiamo come un hotel, ma offriamo molto di più. Pensa a residenze per studenti, opzioni di soggiorno breve e lungo termine, palestre, conferenze, eventi, rooftop bar e aree dedicate alla ristorazione, nonché spazi di coworking e comunità. Insieme all’Asset Manager e all’Hotel Manager, sarai coinvolto in tutte le attività legate alla manutenzione e alla parte tecnica, sia all’interno che all’esterno dell’hotel. Alcuni giorni effettuerai controlli e riparazioni in hotel, altri ti dedicherai a perfezionare una serie di attività tecniche, collaborando con i soggetti interni ed esterni coinvolti.
Sarai il primo punto di riferimento per i problemi di manutenzione segnalati da ospiti e colleghi
Eseguirai tutti i lavori di riparazione necessari dentro e fuori l'hotel
Effettuerai controlli di manutenzione regolari
Collaborarerai con soggetti interni ed esterni per questioni tecniche e di manutenzione
Sei affidabile e autonomo nel tuo lavoro
Sei flessibile e disponibile a lavorare fuori orario in caso di emergenze
Hai una formazione LBO/MBO in manutenzione/costruzione (possiedi certificati ‘VCA-basis’)
Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile (preferibilmente in hotel)
Hai una buona padronanza dell’italiano e te la cavi anche in inglese
Hai il permesso legale per lavorare in Italia
