We are seeking a driven and talented individual to serve as a Field Service Engineer supporting customer requirements as it relates to all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property on our metallic additive systems. Join us at Colibrium Additive and be part of a team that is shaping the future of additive manufacturing You will Be the Expert: Install, maintain and service our state‑of-the-art 3D metal printing systems (Laser and EBM machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance.
Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM, keeping everything organized and efficient.
You will be the Customer Champion: Provide exceptional support and training to our customers, helping them maximize the application of our 3D metal printing systems.
On-the-Go Problem Solver: Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance, ensuring our customers' systems are always running smoothly.
Quality Guardian: Perform direct operations systems checks and execute tasks within a well‑defined operations framework, maintaining the highest standards.
Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations, contributing to continuous improvement.
Adapt your approach and demeanor in real‑time to match the shifting demands of different situations, showcasing your flexibility and problem‑solving skills.
Own Your Work: Take accountability for the quality of your work, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
Experience in Services & Field Services, showcasing your ability to handle the job's demands.
Electrical and mechanical engineering technician with a technical high school diploma or similar.
Fluent in English and Italian
Available to travel extensively, embracing the opportunity to explore and support customers
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Work with cutting‑edge technology in the additive manufacturing industry
