We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. AECOM Buildings + Places is actively seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Milan office.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be part of a motivated and proactive team, working on multidisciplinary projects delivered across various geographies. You will learn about the complete project life cycle, from early proposal stages, through project planning and execution, to project closure.
Support in managing projects of varying complexities, collaborating with international delivery teams.
Assisting in project performance control and producing project control documentation: risk assessments, schedules, financial control, lists of deliverables, reports, etc.
Collaborating in quality control processes for deliverables and supporting project quality assurance activities.
Managing project subcontractors, including procurement processes.
Help with business development tasks, including proposal preparation.
Fluent in Italian and English.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in architecture, engineering, or construction planning.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Familiarity with BIM environments will be considered a plus
Willingness to travel for work.
