About Us Founded in 2013, arKap & Co is an advisory firm headquartered in Zurich (CH) , with offices in Lugano (CH) and Turin (ITA) . We support European companies and principal investors in Corporate Finance and Strategy , with a strong focus on value creation and clear market positioning. Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Intern , with a strong focus on content creation and LinkedIn management , starting in February 2026 . The intern will join the Marketing & Communication team and actively contribute to strengthening the firm's digital presence, particularly on LinkedIn, supporting corporate communication and brand positioning activities. This role is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in B2B content marketing, social media management, and corporate communication . Key Responsibilities Create LinkedIn content (copy, editorial posts, visuals, carousels) Manage and schedule the LinkedIn editorial calendar Support the development of the company's digital tone of voice and brand identity Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, insights) Contribute to content creation for the website, newsletters, and communication materials Research digital marketing trends and competitor benchmarks Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Management , or related fields (or currently enrolled) Strong interest in social media, content creation, and LinkedIn Excellent writing and communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to message consistency Good organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) Availability to work on-site What We Offer Young, dynamic, and professional working environment Rapid learning curve with practical exposure to B2B marketing and communication Involvement in strategic communication and corporate visibility projects Application Please send your CV (ref.
