Senior Tax Professional Location: Milan, Italy – Permanent contract within the TAX Corporate organization. Our technology addresses real problems that affect the future of humanity. Responsibilities Prepare and file corporate tax compliance and monthly tax reporting. Provide proactive tax advice in corporate direct tax areas to business units. Support group projects and initiatives. Support the implementation and improvement of the Tax Control Framework. Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation. Provide tax advice for M&A transactions. Qualifications Proven experience in national and international tax matters. Strong knowledge of direct taxes, transfer pricing, and international tax law. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Law. Proficiency in English and Italian.
