Account Executive | Digital Marketing Specialist TEAM LEWIS is a creative marketing agency that has gone from start‐up to multi‐national in a little over two decades. The Digital Account Executive manages the client needs of the digital team following a thorough project management methodology (analysis – proposal – implementation – reporting). The role requires the ability to handle a number of projects at any one time as well as being able to respond quickly to client and team requests. The Digital Account Executive is able to understand the requirements and objectives of the team, is proactive and supports the team at all times. Key responsibilities and tasks - Assists the team with the management of client accounts and projects - Offers thoughtful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding digital tactics and online opportunities - Supports relationships with clients, establishing self and LEWIS as an invaluable longterm partner for digital communications services - Coordinates communication with select clients and ensures deadlines and service agreements adhered to - Participates in the business development process by supporting with pitch preparation and research Requirements - You already have at least 2 years of experience working as a digital marketing specialist - Even better if you have experience with Media Buying and/or Influencer Marketing activities - It's a plus if you already have experience in Tech - You have excellent writing skills in Italian and in English as well - You regularly use social media and know how to leverage them for networking - Creative thinking - Ability to create and deliver presentations - Interest in media and current events - You give your best even under pressure or with tight deadlines (when they occur) What we offer - Office in the city center, easy to reach, with coffee always available and a company Mac with all necessary accessories - Internal training programs - Every year you'll have 2 days off to dedicate to the volunteer activities closest to your heart, plus your birthday off to celebrate with whomever you want - Our 26 offices around the world will be ready to welcome you with open arms if you want to spend some time in another country.
