Join Our Mission: As a Field service Engineer, you will contribute to the circular economy and support our Italian clients in adopting sustainable practices. Collaborating with a team (10 people located in Italy), you will play a key role in installations, commissioning, and maintenance of our machinery. This is a home‐office-based position with a significant travel requirement (around 80%) to visit our customers. What we offer: - Industry competitive salary package: We offer comprehensive programs for compensation, benefits and yearly company profit share and company pension. - Professional development: To continually develop the capabilities of our team, we offer a wide variety of training to support our employees' learning and growth within the company. - Equipment: Company car, Tools, Laptop, Mobile phone, Full PPE and uniform provided. - Full product training performed at France HQ and on site. - Yearly appraisal and pay review Profil Qualities we seek: - A deep commitment to advocating for human values and respect for our planet. - A passion for using technology to address global challenges, particularly in waste management. - A curious and innovative mindset. - The ability to work effectively in a team setting or alone while remaining self‐motivated. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Mechanical, electrotechnical, or industrial machinery background with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance. - Ability to understand electrical schematics. - Understanding of pneumatic systems. - Excellent reporting and synthesis skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Fluent in English for seamless communication with our HQ in France.
