The Opportunity We are looking for a E-Commerce Digital Strategist to join our International QI Digital Optimization team based in Brugherio (MB) to help shape the future Digital Experience. In this role you will be the main contact for different teams working on our digital experience to collect the needs and translate it into technical requirements for development. You must have a clear Customer Centric approach in order to offer the best experience to digital users on website and app at country level. We offer an ever-changing collection of familiar brands and fresh new products – from home and fashion to beauty and electronics – and we connect shoppers to interesting personalities, engaging stories and award-winning customer service. Worldwide, QVC reaches more than 200 million homes via our 15 broadcast networks and reaches millions more via multiple streaming services, websites, mobile apps and social pages. Your Impact Reporting to the Digital Optimization Manager in this role you will: Manage a website optimization roadmap at a country level aligned with the International one, including idea management, testing, tech requirements and reporting needs. Partner with the A/B testing team to implement the testing program following the Optimization priorities. Coordinate On-site Optimization projects across ecommerce teams, tech Product Managers and external vendors. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields. At least 3 years experience in similar role in CRO, Digital and eCommerce fields. Experience with Optimization platforms such as Adobe Target, BazaarVoice, Jira, Confluence. Advanced knowledge of Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics). Fluent in English and Italian. Balance of analytical and technical experience, while working in constant collaboration with many parts of the organization – including Digital Store, Performance Marketing, Content. Hybrid work.
